Plant Description and Operating Era

The CertainTeed Chowchilla CA plant allegedly manufactured Transite asbestos-cement pipe and Fluid-Tite asbestos-cement sewer pipe during the U.S. asbestos era, serving California Central Valley agricultural irrigation districts, municipal water systems, and Southwest U.S. water and sewer infrastructure markets.
